Custom tattoos are priced according to size, detail, complexity, and location. I will always give a price to client prior to booking, and take into account a client’s budget if they have one. My prices reflect the time, attention, and detail that goes into each tattoo I do and the experience I strive to provide for my clients.
Flat rate pricing is helpful for many clients because you will know ahead of time what the cost of your tattoo will be. The price you are quoted will not change if it takes more or less time to do your tattoo than I had estimated.
Most custom tattoos are not done at my hourly rate unless they will require longer, ongoing sessions. If your tattoo will be done at an hourly rate that is something we will discuss prior to your appointment.

A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to book an appointment. Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 72 hour notice is required for your deposit to transfer to your new appointment.
Appointments needing to be rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will need to leave a new deposit.
Deposits are nonrefundable, meaning if you cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

All tattoos are custom designed for my clients. I do not send out designs prior to appointments as a means of honoring my time and protecting my work.
Drawings are available the day of your appointment where we will review the design and I can make small changes at that time if need be.

Here are some helpful things to know for your appointment!
Dress comfortably and in clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Layers are a good idea in case you begin to feel warm or chilly.
Snacks and drinks are recommended!
Feel free to bring items that make you feel comfortable, such as headphones, your phone, a book, a blanket, a fidget toy, etc. If you are going to watch videos, please bring headphones so it’s not distracting to me while I tattoo.
All clients must complete a consent form at the studio prior to being tattooed. Please be sure to bring your state issued ID!
Breaks are given as needed, please let me know if you’d like one! I generally like to take a quick five minute break every hour or so.
There are shared bathrooms in the building that Love Letter is in. These bathrooms are not in my studio and require a key that I have on hand to use.
Please be sure to allow ample time to park and walk to the studio to arrive on time for your appointment.
Please do not arrive to the studio more than five minutes early as I may be with another client and do not have a separate waiting area.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment I will not be able to tattoo you that day and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.

Drink lots of water! Hydrate that beautiful body! This is something you can (and should!) do in the weeks leading up to your appointment.
Moisturize the area to be tattooed beginning 2-3 weeks before your appointment. It can be very difficult to tattoo dry skin so applying lotion daily is important!
Eat beforehand! Please have a meal or a snack prior to your appointment. Your body will thank you!
Come to your appointment well rested—get a full night of sleep the night before!
